Habitat Young Professional [HYP] is a diverse group of young professionals who share resources, time and talents to make a difference in the Austin community.

HYP is about having fun and making personal and professional connections throughout Austin, while helping give a hardworking, low-income Austin family a chance to finally own a home. We are a high-energy, motivated group committed to volunteering, donating and spreading the word about Austin Habitat for Humanity to our friends and colleagues.

Founded in 2006, HYP has quickly become a highly respected and connected organization in Austin, making a big impact on the efforts of Habitat for Humanity and sparking the formation of other HYP groups around the country. We host regular social hours, fundraising and volunteer opportunities. Join us in our mission.
